Vacuum Ceramic Chunk Suction Table

We supply two sintered porous ceramic options: white alumina and anti-static silicon carbide. The base physical data: density 2.8–3.2 g/cm³, total porosity 30%–40%, pore size range 2–50μm. Standard sizes cover 8-inch, 10-inch and 12-inch. Customization is available for overall dimensions, pore diameter and surface flatness.

Stable uniform vacuum adsorption: Total porosity of 30%–40% and 2–50μm micropores realize even air circulation on the ceramic surface. Workpieces receive balanced suction force during automation processing, avoiding displacement and deformation. Processing precision and finished product qualification rate get improved effectively.

Two material choices for differentiated needs: Ordinary alumina ceramic features high hardness, acid-alkali resistance and cost efficiency, applicable to general glass, plate and packaging grabbing. Silicon carbide version comes with permanent anti-static property, preventing static sparking and electrostatic damage, perfectly fit for electronic chips, PCB and sensitive electronic components.

High mechanical durability: Density 2.8–3.2 g/cm³ endows strong compression and wear resistance. The ceramic bears long-term negative pressure, repeated friction and collision on production lines. Breakage rate is low, decreasing procurement frequency and reducing factory consumable costs.

Flexible customization for on-site matching:
Besides regular 8/10/12-inch sizes, pore size, outline dimension and surface flatness can be tailored to equipment installation requirements. Fine pores protect thin films from indentation; larger pores offer powerful suction for rigid thick panels. Micropores are hard to clog, and air blowing cleaning quickly restores air permeability to lower equipment downtime.
