Mosquito Liquid Absorption Porous Ceramic Wick Fiber Wooden Rod

Our porous ceramic wick is a microporous ceramic rod specially developed for liquid mosquito repellent vaporizer devices, also available as wooden-type wick for option. Relying on capillary effect from interconnected internal pores, this wick absorbs liquid mosquito agent and delivers it to heating position for stable volatilization. 

Porous Ceramic Wick Characteristics

According to product specification, density reaches 0.8-1.2 g/cm³.

Open porosity ranges 40-60%, total porosity is 60-75%, water absorption rate hits 40-70%, and stable pore size keeps 1-3μm.

Uniformly-distributed micropores avoid partial blockage during long-time service.

Good roundness and straightness guarantee smooth assembly inside plastic bottle caps.

The ceramic wick maintains stable physical property under normal working temperature. It works as core consumable part for electric liquid mosquito repellent. Strictly manufactured with high-temperature sintering craft, it delivers steady liquid transportation performance for daily household, hotel and commercial mosquito repellent products.
