Unscented Porous Ceramic Plate Sheet

This scented ceramic is made of porous sic material, with density 1.7-2.0g/cm³, total porosity 40%-45% and open porosity 35%-40%. Its uniform 1-10μm micropores realize stable essential oil absorption and slow fragrance release, and custom shapes are supported.

Customized porous structure 
Total porosity ranges 25%-75% with adjustable pore size 1–80μm. Water absorption rate up to 70% ensures even liquid/gas transmission. It delivers long-lasting fragrance diffusion, fine atomization mist and steady water supply for plants, cutting replacement frequency.
 
Graded density for diverse scenarios 
Density spans 0.8–3.2g/cm³. Low-density 0.8–1.2g/cm³ wicks are lightweight for atomization & planting; high-density 2.5–3.2g/cm³ chunks resist high pressure, avoiding breakage in aeration, vacuum and filtration to lower loss cost.
 
Stable open porosity 
Open porosity 20%-60% enables uniform air & water flow. Electrode wicks with 20%-30% open porosity maintain stable conductivity; aerator parts with 30%-35% open porosity produce tiny bubbles for higher oxygenation efficiency.
