Product Description 

This cordierite mullite square hollow ceramic tube serves as load bearing support pillar inside industrial kilns. It is fabricated with cordierite mullite composite refractory raw material via dry pressing and high temperature sintering. Internal reinforcing ribs are integrated within the hollow cavity to elevate structural stiffness while keeping the part lightweight. Compared with alumina kiln supports this composite ceramic material exhibits lower thermal expansion and lighter unit weight, making it suitable for equipment undergoing repeated heating and cooling cycles. 

Cordierite mullite material has unique thermal and mechanical properties designed for cyclic kiln operating conditions. Its low thermal expansion coefficient mitigates thermal stress generated during temperature rise and fall and reduces cracking risk after repeated thermal cycles. The material maintains stable geometry and restrained creep deformation under long term medium temperature holding. The lightweight ceramic body lowers the total static load on kiln bottom structures. Its dense ceramic surface offers good resistance against flue gas dust and mild corrosive atmosphere inside the furnace. The hollow square profile with internal ribs balances mechanical strength and weight control. This support pillar transfers the weight of kiln shelves and workpieces steadily during continuous firing runs.
