Product Description

This HVR series non inductive high voltage thick film resistor is built on 96% high purity alumina ceramic substrate, with ruthenium based resistive paste screen printed and high temperature sintered to form a uniform and stable resistive layer.  The product is engineered for high voltage, high frequency and pulse power circuit applications where conventional wirewound or carbon film resistors fail to deliver consistent performance.

The planar thick film structure adopts optimized non inductive layout design, achieving extremely low parasitic inductance. This design ensures consistent impedance characteristics across wide frequency ranges and under fast pulse voltage conditions, without obvious frequency deviation or resistance drift. The resistor also features low voltage coefficient of resistance, maintaining stable 1G ohm resistance value even under fluctuating applied voltage, which ensures accurate voltage dividing and current limiting performance in high voltage circuits.
