Product Description 

This custom DBC direct bonded copper ceramic substrate uses high quality alumina ceramic as base material. Pure copper foil is bonded to ceramic surface through direct bonded copper process under high temperature to achieve metallurgical combination. Target circuit patterns can be etched on copper layer. Gold plating treatment is available on copper surface to enhance soldering performance and antioxidation property. Each substrate will carry out bonding strength inspection circuit dimension verification and appearance check. Customers can customize ceramic thickness copper thickness circuit layout and surface finishing according to power module design requirements.
