Customized Porous Alumina Sic Ceramic Disc Filter Plate

Custom porous ceramic disc filter plate includes white porous alumina and silicon carbide ceramic options, dedicated for wastewater and waste-gas treatment processes. Manufactured by high-temperature sintering technology, the disc-shaped filter forms stable interconnected microporous structure. 

Porous Alumina Sic Ceramic Disc Characteristics

It serves as filtration, aeration and separation media, intercepting solid particles while allowing gas or liquid to pass through.

We provide custom-made service for dimension, pore-size and material selection to fit diverse industrial water treatment, exhaust-gas purification equipment.

Both white alumina and dark gray silicon carbide ceramic discs are available according to working-medium and operating-condition requirements.

For wastewater & waste-gas treatment microporous ceramic, density reaches 2.6-3.0 g/cm³, total porosity rate 30-40%, pore-size ranges 20-80μm.

Porous ceramic filter disc shows excellent corrosion-resistance against most industrial wastewater and exhaust-gas components.

Compared with organic filter media, it can withstand higher operating temperature, not easy to age or deform. Its rigid microporous structure keeps stable filtration performance for long-term continuous operation.

It can be cleaned for repeated use, lowering overall operating cost.

Customers can choose alumina or silicon carbide material as per medium property.

Diameter, thickness and pore-size are customizable to match existing filter assembly. Sample testing is supported before mass production for practical performance verification.
