This double edged sealed ink cup ring with dimension 908212mm is manufactured from 3Y-TZP zirconia ceramic by high temperature sintering and ultra precision edge grinding. Zirconia ceramic material owns high toughness and good wear resistance. The double edge structure supports bidirectional ink scraping and stable sealing between ink cup and printing plate. The precisely machined edges maintain uniform contact pressure during reciprocating movement. It can reduce ink leakage and slow down ink solvent evaporation.
